Are our wines completely Alcohol free ?
Since all our wines are naturally fermented , 100 percent homemade , there are extremely minimal percentages of alcohol that may be found . However , these are well below the statutory levels and are safe to be categorised as non alcoholic beverages.
What are fruit wines ?
Fruit wines are fermented beverages ( alcoholic or non alcoholic) made from any kind of fruits . We make wines from grapes , pineapples , apples , different berries , bananas and so on . These also have additional flavoured of spices and herbs.
How are wines packaged?
– The wines are filled in transparent high grade plastic bottles with a sealed cap closure . For orders placed online , bottles are carefully packed and shipped across any place in India .
Do the wines contain added sugar ?
– Yes , minimal amounts of sugar is added only at the time of fermenting.
How do the wines taste? With what food does the wines get paired good ?
Each flavoured wine has unique flavour profile and can be paired with many Indian and continental dishes . You can explore them at “ shop our wines “ page.
Are wines fermented?
Yes , the wines are naturally fermented in wooden barrels with the help of naturally occurring yeasts without any additives.
Storage
How should the bottles be stored once opened and how long ?
Once the bottles are opened , they need to be closed tight after serving to avoid oxidation. They can be stored in refrigerator for not more than 2 months.
What is the shelf life of unopened bottles ?
Our wines can be stored for upto 48 months.
How should bottles be stored ?
The bottles should be stored in an upright position , away from sunlight in a cool dark place.
Serving
How should the wines be served ?
We recommend to chill the wines in the refrigerator for atleast an hour before serving .
Ideally 10 – 12 degrees should be good to serve.
What is the recommended serving size ?
We recommend 1-2 oz ( 30 – 60 mL ) per standard serving.
Uses
Are there any proven health benefits to drinking fruit wines ?
Fruit wines have nutritional benefits and therapeutic values . For example red wine is known to have rich amount of antioxidants, banana wine has potassium, ginger wine is known to cure common cold n cough.
Can the wines be used to make cocktails ?
Yes , off course. You can play with flavours and create many classic and modern cocktails using our homemade non alcoholic wines.

Reporting Timeframe:
