We follow ancestral methods, which are very simple and grounded with a little modern touch to make them NON-ALCOHOLIC yet retain the authentic test. All of our vines are made from fresh farm produce fermented naturally without adding any preservatives or additives. The fruit are fermented in the wooden barriers at their own pace after this they are bottled, packed, and ready to be sipped !
